We are a energetic, efficient company and therefore our costs are kept to a minimum. There is a ‘once only‘ administration fee of £150.00 and then a service charge of just 10% of rent we collect.
FIND A TENANT ONLY
If you would like us to find you a tenant for a property that you wish to manage yourself, then the cost for this is a £295.00 one off payment per property. This service includes the tenancy agreement and inventory.
