We will accompany you to viewings at the property.
We will obtain references and credit checks from a credit reference agency.
We will prepare a suitable tenancy agreement and arrange a signature by you.
We will collect and hold a deposit from you.
We will check you into the property and agree the inventory.
We will organise the transfer of utilities (gas, electricity, water and council tax) accounts into your name.
We will send you the relevant forms for you to set up a standing order for rental in advance.
We will inspect the property every 3 months and report the general condition to the landlord.
We will arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance.
We will arrange the renewal of your tenancy agreement, or alternatively if you wish to move on, we will check you out of the property and return your deposit within 10 working days.
